Welcome to Match Tile Challenge (referred to as "the Game", "We", "Us", "Our", or "Match Tile Challenge"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game, related websites, services, and any content or in-app purchases. By downloading, installing, or playing Match Tile Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

1.1 Eligibility
By using Match Tile Challenge, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). If you are between 13 and the age of majority, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.

1.2 Account Creation
To access certain features (progress sync, leaderboards), you may log in via third-party platforms (Game Center, Google Play Games) or as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Account Deletion & Suspension
You may delete your account via in-app settings or by contacting us at WedoGuerrero245@outlook.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including cheating, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.

2. License & Service Scope

2.1 Limited License
Match Tile Challenge grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on compatible devices solely for your entertainment, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2.2 Service Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions. Some updates may be required to continue using the Game. We do not guarantee that older versions will remain playable.

3. Virtual Items & Purchases

The Game may include virtual currency ("Coins", "Gems", "Boosters") and virtual goods (collectively "Virtual Items") that can be obtained through gameplay or purchased with real money. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services outside the Game.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law (e.g., EU statutory withdrawal rights for unused virtual currency may apply based on local regulations). Match Tile Challenge reserves the right to manage, adjust, or even eliminate Virtual Items without liability if necessary for game balance or integrity.

4. User Conduct & Prohibitions

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or our team members.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or attempt to derive its source code.
• Sell, trade, or transfer accounts or Virtual Items outside of official in-game mechanisms.
• Use the Game to transmit any offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

Violation may lead to immediate suspension, forfeiture of Virtual Items, or permanent ban.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Match Tile Challenge – including artwork, music, sound effects, character designs, game mechanics, logos, and trademarks – is owned by Match Tile Challenge or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game without our explicit written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted under these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services & Advertisements

Match Tile Challenge integrates advertising networks (e.g., AppLovin, Google, Unity Ads, etc.) and analytics endpoints (https://olpdb.flickmod.com). These third parties may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party websites or advertisers. Your interactions are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any activity that harms other users or the integrity of the Game. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and any Virtual Items, progress, or associated data may be lost. You may also terminate by deleting your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCH TILE CHALLENGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MATCH TILE CHALLENGE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $10 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Match Tile Challenge, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Game, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company operates (without regard to conflict-of-law principles). For EU residents, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation; if not resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration or competent courts as per applicable law. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights (including GDPR or CCPA privacy rights).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email (if you provided one). Your continued use of Match Tile Challenge after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop playing and delete the Game.

13. Withdrawals & Reward Features

Match Tile Challenge may allow eligible users to redeem certain in-game rewards or request withdrawals (e.g., promotional cash-outs) via PayPal. To process such requests, you will need to provide a valid PayPal email. Withdrawal processing is subject to verification, anti-fraud checks, and minimum thresholds. We reserve the right to deny or reverse any withdrawal if we detect abuse, violation of these Terms, or technical errors. All withdrawal requests are final when approved.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any in-game rules constitute the entire agreement between you and Match Tile Challenge.

14.2 Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
